| What is the Cost of an Access Permit? | Free | An Access Permit is a non-refundable fee of $65.00. A damage deposit may also be required of $750.00. You can drop off or mail your Access Permit with your cheque payment to the Waterloo Service Centre. All cheques must be payable to the City of Waterloo. |
