We Can Fix Your Draining Problem
Sometimes it is just a grading issue; other times, the installation of weeping tile or a 'French drain' is required. Water can be redirected away from foundations, downspouts can drain under walkways (less ice build up), and soaked areas can drain freely back into the ground, all with the help of our dedicated staff.
Here at TNT, we want to be your stormwater experts. Rob Tester has a strong desire to protect our environment and waterways, taking extra specialized courses in permeable pavements, rain gardens and Smart About Salt initiatives. Rob sits on the Expert Panel for Stormwater Management with RAIN/REEP. As such, we are kept current with new trends and have the firsthand knowledge to create landscape designs to help you get your stormwater tax rebates. We install rain gardens, drywells, cisterns and permeable pavements – all great ways to solve water problems on your property.
Is Your Business Prepared?
Have you heard of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act? By 2017, all companies must be in compliance with the Act. Rob is actively quoting accessible ramps for businesses. Ramps made out of interlocking pavements and installed with a heat system make your project not only Act compliant, but also environmentally friendly (avoiding costly and damaging salts in the winter) and provides the best warranties (some stones have 50+ years warranties).
Dethatching
A lawn comber is a vertical tine machine designed to remove dead thatch and level off small bumps in turf areas. Lawn rolling compresses the root system in turf areas, often destroying new root growth and creating the need to aerate. After lawn combing, seed can also be applied to thinning turf areas in order to produce a thicker lawn, thus inhibiting weed growth.
